Payment ALWAYS UPFRONT, no debaits.
I reserve THE RIGHT to refuse an order, or a request made during the commission process for any reason.
I AM allowed to refused add-ons while already or near done.
I DO NOT issue refunds for finished works such as adoptables- scripts- RP intro/ writing when it's already been given and paid for.
You may post the art/use the script or rp intro anywhere you wish with PROPER credits.
Commercial use IS possible, this will incur a fee of +100% of the order’s price
You may NOT use my art in any form for anything relating to AI or NFTs.
My FINISH time is 1-3weeks depending on the commission, but I may finish earlier. If I’m late, I will communicate why and how late I’m expecting to be, I will ALWAYS communicate clearly about the process of your order with updates on how it's going.
A more complicated design/script WOULD increase the price.
The customer can cancel the commission(s) as long as the work hasn't started yet (I WILL notify you when it does)
When commissioning me it means you AGREE to what everything says and that you WILL follow them.
I reserve the RIGHT to update these terms when necessary.
DO'S & DON'TS
I will NOT draw/ write/edit anything I consider to be weird, such as racist, violent or hateful commissions, incest and/or loli/shotacon and basically anything ILLEGAL.
I can TRY and draw/write/edit anything, but I'm more leaned towards drawing humans (and furries) and fandoms/ topics I know more about
Payment will always STAY upfront, if you try otherwise then I'll think you're a scammer and report you everywhere and have you blacklisted.
You will NOT resell my art/writing/edits or try to "fix" it in any way
sexual commissions are accepted ONLY from clients of LEGAL age.
Nsfw/sexual works must ONLY be posted in age-restricted or nsfw spaces, DO NOT post in public/general spaces
Furries and Therians are ACCEPTED and PLEASE don't be weird!!
